We don't mass produce. Our process begins with carefully selecting our blend of organic peat, sand, and loam — maintaining an optimal pH of 5.0–6.5. We hand-pick soil from all over Alaska, reprocessing non-structural fill into premium topsoil that reduces our carbon footprint.
Our soil is wind-rowed and dried before being triple-screened down to 8–10mm — removing all rocks, sticks, and debris. The result is so good, many of our landscaping competitors buy their soil from us.
We hired Titan to build a fire pit area, walkway, install landscaping, spray grass seed on our back hill, install a retaining wall at the back under the deck, and build a dog run under the deck. We absolutely LOVE the result! Titan delivered exactly what we needed.
